- Accepted payment modes include bank transfer, UPI, and other verified digital channels.
3. Installation & Maintenance
- Installation timelines will be communicated and may vary depending on scope and site conditions.
- Clients must ensure access and readiness of site prior to scheduled installation.
- Ongoing maintenance is provided as per service agreements or contracts.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by natural calamities, client-side delays, or misuse of installed systems.
5. Intellectual Property
All technical documents, reports, designs, and methodologies shared by us remain the intellectual property of ECOHYDRIX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Governing Law
All disputes are subject to the laws of India. Any disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
